We were fortunate to have designed the architecture of the store from ground up. When we made the first site visit and met the landlord of the plot; we were conveyed his wish that this store on his plot becomes so prominent that it eventually achieves a land mark status. The massing opens inwards; with the entrance pushed back to create a foyer for the visitor. The mass is broken into two forms of different heights; so, a sense of spatial transition occurs from one space to another.
